The short version: we only collect what you type into our contact form, we only use it to reply to you, and we never sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Who we are

Robin Web Studio provides local SEO and website services to local businesses in the UK. You can contact us about anything on this page at hello@robinwebstudio.co.uk.

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, business name and town, and anything you write in your message. We use these solely to reply to your enquiry and, if you've asked for one, to prepare your free video check.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we don't set cookies.

Who processes it

Formspree delivers your form submission to our email inbox. Their handling of that data is described in Formspree's privacy policy.
Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site; when the page loads, your browser requests them from Google's servers, which involves your IP address as with any web request.

We never sell your information or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept while we're talking to you or working together, and deleted when no longer needed. If you become a client, we keep the details required to provide the service and meet our legal obligations (such as invoicing records).

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@robinwebstudio.co.uk and we'll sort it — no forms, no fuss. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
